Customization & Personalization
How do I personalize my jewelry?
Simply select your options on the product page: choose the number of heart charms (1–5), enter the name(s) to be engraved, and select the birthstone month for each charm. All customization is done directly on the product page before adding to cart.
How many names can I add?
Our Custom Birthstone Heart Charm Bracelet supports 1 to 5 heart charms, each engraved with a unique name. This makes it ideal for moms, grandmothers, best friend groups, or anyone honoring multiple loved ones.
How many characters can be engraved per charm?
Each heart charm fits up to 8 characters, including spaces. We recommend first names for the best visual result. For longer names, please contact us before ordering.
Can I engrave names in languages other than English?
We support all Latin alphabet characters (A–Z), covering English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and most European languages. For non-Latin scripts, please contact us first to confirm compatibility.
Can I mix different birthstones on the same bracelet?
Yes! Each heart charm can have a different birthstone. You select the birth month individually for each charm, so every heart is completely unique.

Are the birthstones real gemstones?
Our birthstones are AAA-grade simulated crystals — precision-cut to match the exact color and brilliance of natural gemstones. This allows us to offer vibrant, consistent color at an accessible price point without compromising on beauty.
Materials & Quality
What material is the bracelet made of?
Our bracelets are crafted from Titanium Steel with 18K Gold PVD Coating. Titanium steel is one of the most durable metals used in jewelry — it's stronger than sterling silver, resistant to corrosion, and maintains its finish far longer than gold-plated brass.
Is XN Jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All our jewelry is nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic. Titanium steel is widely recommended for people with metal allergies or sensitive skin. It is safe for everyday wear.
Is the bracelet waterproof?
Our titanium steel jewelry is highly resistant to water and sweat, making it suitable for daily wear. We recommend removing it before swimming in chlorinated pools or soaking in hot tubs to preserve the gold PVD coating long-term.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make my order?
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. We do not keep pre-made inventory — your jewelry is made specifically for you.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after production. Expedited options may be available at checkout. For gifts, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of the occasion.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Gift & Packaging
Does my order come gift-wrapped?
Every XN Jewelry order arrives in our signature gift box at no extra charge. It's beautifully presented and ready to give the moment it arrives — no additional wrapping needed.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can add a personalized gift message at checkout. We'll include a printed card with your message inside the gift box.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Because our jewelry is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for personalization errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect name or birthstone selected). Please double-check all details before placing your order.
What if there's a defect or error on your end?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an engraving error caused by us, we will remake or fully refund your order at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
Can I use this as a memorial bracelet?
Absolutely. Many of our customers choose this bracelet as a memorial keepsake to honor someone they've lost. Engraving their name and selecting their birth month stone is a beautiful, lasting way to keep them close.
